Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sudoku Solver application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must not use the service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer. Continued use of the application following any modification of the terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
Service Description
Sudoku Solver is a free online tool that allows users to solve Sudoku grids through AI-powered digit recognition and constraint propagation algorithms. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
The application offers photo input, a manual grid editor and instant solution generation. All processing is performed server-side to ensure accuracy and performance.
User Obligations
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to upload harmful content, infringe on the rights of others or disrupt the operation of the service.
The photo upload feature is intended solely for images of Sudoku grids. You must not upload images containing personal data, copyrighted material or any content that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
The Sudoku Solver source code is under a personal license; you may not freely use, modify or distribute it.
The name Sudoku and the grid format are used for descriptive purposes only. We do not claim ownership of the Sudoku puzzle concept, which remains in the public domain.
Limitation of Liability
Sudoku Solver is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every solved grid is error-free.
In no event shall the developer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
